Question by jfroger24: can a landlord pay a super to buy pest control products and treat the apartments in new jersey?
Landlord claims since its his building and there are five apartments he has the right to pay his super or treat the building himself for pest control even though neither are licensed for pest control applications, the products they buy are from the store (over the counter). Is this violation of the law in New Jersey.
