Question by anna m: What are the rules for landlords whom have apartments in Arkansas?
I would like to know what rules and regulations an owner of an apartment complex have to comply with in order to rent an apartment in Arkansas ( Faulkner Co. ) , the standards and conditions of said property . Features that must come with said rental if any , condition of said living space , and if anything can be done if said conditions and features are not maintained by owner , other than my moving right away . There is no agreement or rental contract , and its a week to week agreement . Can someone direct me in the right direction ?
